Rosa grew up in ancient Sparta which lead to her training tougher than her other siblings. Being raised in Sparta also lead to her tough outer shell and her saying anything that is on her mind. Rosa has almost no filter when it comes to her mouth. As a spartan girl she got a lot of training when she was younger. So when she finally got to camp half-blood she continued to train. Rosa loved to help her other half siblings learn how to fight. Sometimes she would even teach her sisters how to wrestle. This helped her when she missed her home. Rosa could never go back to Sparta and this hurt her on the inside but she refused to show it. Rosa did not show her emotions to others if she didn't have to. She put on a tough face just like she was taught to do all those years ago.

Rosa father was like all the other male Spartans. He left home at seven to join the military and stayed there for almost his whole life. He married at age twenty two to a strong women who he thought would give him sons. The women he married gave him two sons but they both were weak and ended up being thrown over the edge of the mountain. Rosa's father was very upset that his wife could not bear him a son so he began to try and see other women. Little did he know that one of the women he would have seen was the Goddess Demeter. Nine months later Demeter came to him with a little baby girl. He was a little disappointed, but he loved his daughter just the same. A couple years later her father and his wife tried again for a boy and when the child was born it came out female just like Rosa. At the age of five Rosa went to school. She didn't go to school with any guys or even to a boarding school but she still went. Most spartan girls did go to school and had more freedom than the other women in Greece at this time.
By the time she turned eight her father now had another son. This son was Rosa's half brother and again their father ended up doing it with a Goddess. This Goddess was named Eris and she loved causing strife. After the boy was born that was were all her parents attention went to. They were all interested in the sons of the family and not the daughter. Rosa truly never felt apart of the small family anyway. Rosa was trained just like any other spartan women to be strong. At school she would learn how to wrestle and throw a spear. Some times the other girls would sing to each other about their beauty. Rosa loved being able to train and become stronger like the boys did. They did not learn just how to fight. The women also learned practical stuff like reading and writing.
While she was at school one day a couple of girls came up to her and were talking about the gods. This was normal until they were talking about how they were hunters for Artemis. Rosa caught in interest in this and asked them about it. They brought her to Artemis and the goddess told Rosa everything; from not being able to fall in love and all the cool new things she would get. When Rosa joined the hunters her mother claimed her by having the vines and plants around Rosa grow all around her. Rosa thought being a demi-god was cool after she found out.
Artemis helped the small sixteen year old figure out what powers she had. She also helped Rosa learn how to control her powers and how to rise up in the hunters. In only a hundred years Rosa was the leader of the hunters when Artemis was not around. Rosa loved being a hunter because she had her own family that actually cared. It was kind of like being back in school with all the other girls. Only these girls were immortal and through out the entire time Rosa was with them they kept getting more hunters. Soon though being a hunter was getting a little boring. True she had all these amazing powers now and such but she really didn't like that if she made friends with mortals she had to watch them die. So a few years ago Rosa asked Artemis nicely if she could leave the hunters. Not much had happened while she was there other than watching her other sisters fall in love even if they were not supposed to. Artemis didn't go easy on Rosa when she allowed her to leave. She cursed Rosa so that her first daughter born would be taken by Artemis in order to replace Rosa. This child would never know who Rosa was and when the child turned 16 she would join the hunters.
A year ago the demi-titans came and started a war between the Greeks and Romans. With Rosa being a Spartan women in her heart still she helped lead the attack. She watched people she loved and cared about die right at her feet. After the fighting was all over the Greeks and Romans made a joined camp and some of the Greeks did not like that. Even though the Romans did destroy her old home she joined the joint camp. She wanted to give the Romans another chance than just thinking they were all bad. In her eyes they were not the cause of this war and they did not need to be punished for it.

-CHLOROKINESIS: Most of her other siblings have this power, which makes Rosa no different here. She is able to make the grass, vines, trees, and even food grow strong and healthy. She loves to use this power simply for the fact that she can grow her own food. She also uses this mostly when she is fighting, but she only uses it when she has to. If she can't help her allies by being there she will use the plants around her to help them. She will make the vines on a tree trip someone, the grass wrap around their feet, and the tree branches shield someone else other than herself. She has not had much practice with either of her powers. This one she has had the most practice simply for the fact that this was the first power to show itself to her. She does not use this power all the time and if she is to constantly use it she will make herself weaker. If she continues to use it even after she is slower and not as strong she will pass out from using her powers.
-GEOKINESIS: Being a daughter of Demeter, Rosa has the power over the earth. She can manipulate the earth's rocks and soil in any way she wants to. She hated using this power but it does come in handy when she is in a tight space. She can make the earth quickly grow up in front of her when she needs a shield and doesn't have one. She can make rocks fly from the other side of a field; plus Rosa can make the ground beneath her shake. She has never used her powers until she got to camp half blood. So she is out of touch with this power. She can only use this when she really needs to. Most of the time so she can have a shield in front of her when fighting. She does this when she is on the ground and the other person is about to attack them. When she uses this power it is manly out of fear that she might die.
Being a child of Demeter means that Rosa has a green thumb naturally.
